Cheaper than VW and superior in every way. RSC sent text & email reminders for the appointment, patiently and helpfully answered any questions, provided an invoice for the work done alongside the MOT certificate without me even having to ask. I couldn’t fault RSC in the slightest, I didn’t have any concerns at all leaving my vehicle with them and the whole experience was so seamless and easy. I’ll be returning again next year for my service and MOT without a doubt.
Took my Golf for a DSG and haldex service plus a few other bits. The guys here are really professional and super knowledgeable. The work was completed as agreed, on time and priced fairly for the quality of service, work and materials used. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
I brought my SEAT in a week ago. For the last year its had a recurring ABS issue that has been looked at by 3 other garages, one of which was the SEAT main dealer who had the car for nearly 3 weeks. They have all managed to get the warning lights off but it has always come back. I was recommended to go to Reedley Service Centre by my local garage after the last visit where they threw up their hands and said it was too complex a problem. I called and spoke with Paul who spent some time understanding the problem and the history of it, he booked me in quickly and the car was dropped off. Within a day the year long fault was fixed by Matt one of the high skilled technicians. As a quality engineer in aerospace I understand the technical fault finding skill involved in this. It was exceptional. I was sent photos of the root cause of the fault and the cost was more than reasonable. They even helped me to claim on the warranty by writing a really good technical report which couldn't be argued with (all factual). In short I would 100% recommend this garage to anyone they were one of the best garage experiences I've had which had a lot to do with the strong communication and transparency. Absolutely outstanding. Presented them with a Skoda Yeti with problems mainly caused by work previously done by another garage. These can be hard to trace and resolve, but all completely resolved after second visit to Reedley Service Centre. Not cheap, but reasonably priced for expertise, customer care, and standard of work. Will not hesitate to use in future.
I had problems with my Motorhome but had been messed about by two usually good garages. Also I had to cancel a long awaited holiday to Portugal with the Motorhome. I used google and Reedley responded to my plea, and I am so glad they did. Paul and team were lovely and helpful diagnosed the ABS unit faulty and 2 injectors which can be an issue with Fiat ducatos. All along they kept me informed and despite the work required 2 weeks after cancelling my trip I am planning my trip again. I can’t thank them all at Reedley enough as they went above and beyond particularly Paul. It was so appreciated Thankyou Guys .
Travelled from Wigan with my Passat after reading reviews & chatting over the phone. I had a problem with my engine that my mechanic was unable to fix. I booked it in & just over an hour later it was diagnosed part ordered & fixed. If you have a problem that needs solving pay them a visit very very knowledgeable helpfull & not expensive. Thanks again highly recommend.
I cannot recommend highly enough. I called needing an MOT on a vehicle that I was left after my relative passed and my issue was that I don't yet have a driving licence only a provisional. They picked up my car, serviced, fixed, MOT'd and returned to me. At a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you all so much it's absolutely appreciated and next time I book in I'll (hopefully) be driving it to you myself. Nicci
Been without a/c for over a year as was being passed from pillar to post with no one being able to figure out what was wrong. Husband then took the car to this garage after googling. Paul was professional and knew exactly what he was doing- explained everything thoroughly. Was able to fix a leak, fix a previous botched job and sort an electric issue out. Definitely our go to for the future. Thank you :)
We have used RSC now for a few years now for both our cars, they were fantastic with my old car in the diagnostics when we had endless issues with the car prior to selling it on. If you have a Volkswagen like myself and my partners cars you need to use here as they are professional, great service, reliable, efficient and friendly staff without fail. Really affordable compared to main dealerships - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
