Ordered a starter motor but I was given the wrong one. However, they then refused to deliver the right one and collect the wrong item themselves. I had to make my own arrangements to go to the shop and get the item exchanged. No apologies offered for the inconvenience caused. Terrible customer service.

Excellent parts provided, used several times. Service from all staff was outstanding, went above and beyond to understand the customers.
My dad rang this person up and he started being rude on the phone. Not good in customer service. Not recommended at all. I’m saying it for their benefit they can lose customers for that.
Items is expensive and charge for customer service and increase from actual price.

Bad customer service, I went to return an item I no longer needed less than 30 min after purchasing. They refused to refund me in full. Item was still sealed. Shop keeper was confrontational and argumentative. I know where not to go again!
Shopped here regularly over the years besides the bad local reputation. Ordered a part asked if it was genuine VW which I was advised it was, only for it to arrive and find it it wasnt. Went back for a refund and told them my reason for the return to be challenged "I didn't say it was a genuine part, you must have misunderstood what I said" didn't bother getting into and argument, just simply wont be going back again.
