Very helpful and good customer service
Good place when in need for car parts however getting good quality parts is hard in this branch, returned a item as it looked like a returned or defective item, then i got another one it was better quality but still pretty poor, again what is happening with the storage and transportation of these parts, needs sorting out
Waited 20 mins for a simple click and collect order for some wipers. Spoke to customers in front of me were being dealt with for 30 mins prior to me arriving at the store and they told me 4 customers had walked in and back out whilst they were there. I reckon they easily lost a few hundred quid in business. Shocking. Email said click and collect in 15 mins...wait in store all day they never said. FYI...this happened around 12pm on May 27th.

Friendly and polite , and a good range of products for when your car craps out on you.
I've used this store a few times before with no issues, the service has been very good and the parts are always high quality. Unfortunately the service isn't as prompt or good of late. I called to cancel as I needed the parts quickly and the member of staff was quite rude, which was a very disappointing experience.
There's not much to say about my experience. I bought some parts online 'click & collect". Went to the store and picked it up. They're always very friendly and helpful. They have a very wide selection of car parts (and some other articles) and competitive prices too. I'm happy to shop at europarts and so far I can't say anything negative about them.
