   I recently visited the Mamas & Papas Stratford store for a “Buying for Baby” appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Ismail served us and was absolutely amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout. He took the time to explain all the options, helped us understand what would best suit our needs, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. As first-time parents, we really appreciated how he answered all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our choices. Thank you, Ismail, for your fantastic service — you made what could have been an overwhelming experience into a really positive one! Highly recommend both the store and especially Ismail to anyone preparing for their new arrival. We ended up purchasing the Vardo travel bundle as it was durable l, light weight and exactly what we needed.

   I cannot express how helpful Charlotte was today! I’ve had some trouble with the straps on my Joolz Aer 2 and I was a right mess. After watching several tiktoks and YouTube videos I knew something was wrong with the pram as the straps weren’t fully secured on my daughter’s shoulder. Charlotte took her time to figure out the problem and even got a pram from the store to show me. Whilst dealing with other customers she still put me first and didn’t leave me waiting. I wish I could hug her! She fixed the problem and was super kind about the whole thing! Thank you Charlotte! PS I went to the store based in Purley and the lady didn’t absolutely nothing, she faffed about with the straps and said they’re meant to be like that.

   I just received exceptional service at Mama’s & Papa’s in Westfield Stratford. It was almost 9pm and we were in an emergency situation because our electrical pump had broken down and we needed a manual one. The shop assistant was incredibly helpful. She offered to repair the electrical pump, even though we bought it somewhere else. On top of that, when it turned out the product we needed was out of stock, she scoured the internet to look for a solution. In the end, she found the product we needed in a different shop, which we ended up buying. She went above and beyond to find the best solution for our situation, regardless of whether or not we could buy it in her shop. Knowing I will get the best advice possible, I will definitely shop more at M&Ps!
