   Bad experience; used once, never again. Ordered a number of parts listed as 'Lucas' from them, to then be 'Mini Spares' branded on arrival with no Lucas reference on the parts or packaging. Then I was not notified that my order was short of parts until the delivery note arrived. Upon sending an email for a stock ETA, no reply was given. I then noticed stock was full again on the website. A week later nothing arrived so I rang them up at which point they realised they'd not shipped anything. Then to add insult, they charged me for postage on this second delivery.
