Money grabbers was priced 150 to change a wheel bearing, then because his wife orderd the wrong part which delayed the job, he then insisted we had to give him an extra 100 pound on top of what we was quoted and if we didn’t he would ‘roll the van in the street’ very unprofessional communication is shocking! Avoid at all cost
He put the wrong break discs (yes break discs) on and denied doing it. Wasted £400 on that scam place. The receipt said B/F break discs and pads (back and front which I asked for), 3 months ago. He says it means both front !?!? Kwik fit fixed them and told me the rear break discs were the wrong ones and the pads were slipping out because the discs weren't thick enough. I've had my car for 4yrs, with no such problem. I am in the process of getting the trading standards involved. Repeat business from friends and family only maybe!!!???? But judging by other reviews, I think people reading this can make up their own minds. Kwik fit has great service and also has a lifetime replacement on break pads!!! Kwik fit Oldbury had excellent service.
If you want your car fixed by a genuine mechanic, who fixes only the problems what are there and not make up stuff. Then this is the place to take it. Trusted mechanic, always bring my cars here. Friendly service
Very trustworthy and kind person. His wife even gave me a lift when I had to leave the car :) I moved to another area now but still go to Hari Auto when I need a mechanic.
Was asked to do a 2hr job at this garage on a Ford transit hari had been working on for 2 weeks and not sorted problems. Job not 100% guaranteed but still wanted me to go ahead. Refused to pay because my 2hr job didn't sort out the numerous problems he couldn't fix himself. Totally dishonest, do not chance your motor at this garage or work because you wont get paid.
Had my MOT done here. Quick, professional service and good value for money. Also did an ad- hoc welding job for me once.
