   I used remove my car to get rid of my old car. They appointed Fairlea. I was a bit emo when the bloke came around cos that car had been a gift from my late Husband. He was very sweet and kind. I told him all that was wrong with it and he thanked me for my honesty. He had to start it using some machine to get it on the truck cos the battery was flat but there were no drama's. The money came into my account today just as agreed. Can't fault the service I've had. Wonderful people x

   Sold my car to them as didnt want the expense of a new mot on an old car. Was offered a fair price and left the car, keys and docs with them, cashless as covid, was promised the funds within 2 days which arrived on time. Painless transaction and would use them again.

   Item was dmaged when delivered, the company were totally disinterested & unhelpful. I'd suggest people use alternative suppliers that understand customer servie.

   Daughter tried to sell a car through this company. Car was exactly as described but still offered only half the original quote. Didn't argue about the condition of the car, just reduced the offer. The gentleman who came to collect was very rude to my daughter and was eventually asked to leave. Will absolutely not be considering contacting this company again.
