   received a £100 fine from using their car park, no warning letter, civil parking company they use is unethical,cef has a reputation for lieing about first letter so they can hit you with £100, Here is why i blame the pub, sign at enterence is long, at the bottom itvtells you to then read sign inside car park, so thats two sign so read before you find out you need to type registration into ipad inside pub. of course no one told us, i went in again to complain, but big guy said they tell every customer, so not only do they use unethical parking firms, but the pub lies as well. So, no you have to appeal online, have to attach a pdf, then wait for a rejection of appeal (which they always do on first appeal), then once they send you popla number, apply to pola to get it rejected, all this for beer!! so shame on colin pub for first lieing, not telling me about registration AND using this cowboy firm!

   We popped in for a few beers, as it was the closest pub to where we were staying and found it to be friendly and welcoming, bit of a traditional pub. The bar staff were really nice and they had a good choice of beers and a few ales. We didn't eat so that can't comment but they said if we wanted to order in a take away we could eat it in house. Great few hours playing pool and chatting with the locals.

   Went here to play a pool match. They have the best outside seating area that I have ever seen (big screen TV's, separate booths that are heated & lit). Bit more expensive than I am used to but well worth a visit, particularly if you smoke or just wish to sit outside.
