   I had my son's 5th birthday party here. Can I just say Maddie and her mum are amazing. They made us feel soo welcome and discussed everything with me through the whole party. All the children and parents and a blast. They definitely went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend ritzys for a childrens party. Thank u again ladies xxx

   The bar staff and the actual bar were brilliant. The letdown was actually your doorstaff. The one seem to be on a bit of a power trip and decided before I even got through the door to question me on various things. Almost as if he was trying to catch me out with asking me how much I had drank (Which was 1 wkd), how long we have been out for where we had we been? Why were we out etc etc. I'd have understood if I was legless or if anyone else in my group was drunk. But we weren't. We would have left there and then if half my group weren't already inside. Once we finally got through the door we then were watched constantly by your one doorman making us all feel extremely uncomfortable and cut our stay short at your establishment. Especially when he threatened our one friend saying he was going to throw him out as he stumbled and then proceeded to man handle him out. But to make it even more shocking before we could all leave we watched the doorman physically throw an 18 year old lad on the floor and then man handle him out the door by the back of his neck. Safe to say we will not be returning if we see that doorman again and will take our business elsewhere in town, which we did that night. Such a shame as the karaoke and the drinks & bar staff were great.

   Just come back from our daughters 6th birthday disco party its Ritzy's. The staff were so good and attentive. We were able to just turn up with all the important stuff taken care of. The disco games were well executed with all the kids having so much fun! Best kids party we have booked thank you so much my little girl loved every second.

   The Drink prices were very reasonable and a good selection. We came purely for the Karaoke! The sound quality was good as were the Mics! I got to sing twice within an hour. The turnover of songs was very slow ( from our experience of karaoke) simply because the DJ needed a cigarette in between every song. It was definitely a place where your face needed to fit, perhaps we were s little older than most of the customers. I requested a 3rd song ( our usual karaoke bar achieves about 70-80 songs an evening and I would sing maybe 6-8) I was told, it would be a 45 minute wait. This was strange as there only seemed to be around 4 of us singing?

   Only house favourites allowed to sing. We requested on entry at 10pm.. waited... waited...same people singing...kept asking....yeah in a minute duck response. asked again....oh sorry love no more requests....even though we put it in over an hour and a half ago! Do not recommend at all!
