   First time popping in since it’s changed names and managers. Very impressed with the cleanliness the staff were lovely I was served by Chantelle I think her name was. Also added bonus a bouncy castle which kept the little one entertained for a while we will certainly be back!

   Great pub, we go quite often, 4 stars cos it's a sports pub and to us that's the only down side, if you like sports on TV then it's a bonus.

   Had to queue a bit at the bar however got to say the service was brilliant. The bar staff work their backside off! Decently priced, outside area is fantastic. Tons of tvs for sports and many different seating areas. Fab pub.

   I've heard it can be a nice place, however on our vist there were more doormen and bar staff than customers and the gents toilet was an inch deep in wee. Hope it gets good again.

   The manager here is an absolute disgrace. We were having some drinks in the beer garden, six of us around a table which is perfectly within government guidance (this was on 5th June - the rule of six outside was gone). However, the manager saw an issue with us moving a couple of tables together to give our group of six a bit more space. This was despite three of their staff members being fine with us and ordering drinks. This was not stopping anyone else because the rest of the pub wasn’t full. The manager came all guns blazing and didn’t ask us politely to move the tables away, she kicked off. Even though we didn’t break the government rules. It’s mystifying when you’ve been closed for the best part of a year, that you’d actively be rude to customers and turn away business.An absolutely disgraceful way to talk to customers who had spent around £100. She then decided to kick us out for no good reason at all, because we dared to reason with this nonsensical argument that we’d apparently broken rules, even though we were in a group of six (legal inside, never mind outside!) The staff were fine, the manager was an absolute disgrace to pub managers. We won’t be coming there again and I hope nobody else who wants to be treated with any degree of respect ever bothers going there again.
