My visit to Base in lakeside was a lovely experience. I had a lovely member of staff called Ella who was very helpful and took her time to pick out different tshirts for both my sons and try on different sizes... I would always go back and want to be served by her as he customer service was brill... thank you.x
I was met by a friendly lady who showed me the area i was looking for and helped me choose from the range. I have not experienced customer service like this for a long time and it was so wonderful!!! I made a few purchases and will definitely be back!! Thank you
Recently visited Base at Lakeside to buy a gift for my Niece. Staff were attentive without being pushy and spent time helping me find the perfect gift. Nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for quality children’s wear.
I would like to say that my experience at base was superb. The manager was extremely helpful by showing me a range of different brands and products that would suit my son. Furthermore, the other two employees showed great customer service due to them aiding the manager as well as engaging conversation with me. Additionally the other two employees entertained my son during my visit which allowed me to focus on buying his clothes. I would highly recommend coming to this ‘base store’ at lakeside rather than anywhere else!
A very kind and welcoming shop! The staff are always very helpful and always give the best advice. They also can help you by ordering things in that the shop don’t stock
