   If I could give 0 stars I would- purchased an item online. This was delivered to a random person who was not me, no picture proof of delivery, just a scribbled signature from a name that I’d never heard of. The customer service team (Michaela and Paul) argued with me on the phone, refused to take responsibility and issue a refund. Their driver came back and made physical threats. We had to get the police involved and also raise a chargeback with our bank. Unprofessional company with unprofessional and unacceptable behaviours. Would not recommend!

   The driver of van reg KW25USM is an absolute danger on the road. Cutting in and out of traffic heading towards Oldham and nearly causing accidents. An absolute idiot and unfortunately this reflects on Prasco as he's the face of your company so I'll avoid buying from you at all costs!

   Ordered a part via EBay. Driver is disrespectful and full of attitude. Spoke to him yesterday told him we don’t open till 10 then he said he can wait till 9:30. Now he’s there at 8:30 saying he’s going. This is bang out of order and not very professional. When I said I’ll be 15/20 min to get there he said I’ve left. As I got annoyed called him cheeky and got abusives messages back. After I paid someone to come in early too lost money and time. Don’t recommend this company. Thanks

   Called up to enquire about a part . Lady said someone will call you back tomorrow every one in sales has gone home. Next day called back twice. Nice guy checked reg and Vin number against part all good . Checked if in stock to save me a wasted journey. Called up paid cash received part from nice lady . Easy pleasant service

   I rang this place and asked if they had a certain bumper in stock. I spoke to a lady who said yes they have got one but she needed to ask if it’s available and wanted me to call back after 10 minutes. I rang them and nobody answered. So I called back again for a guy to answer the phone and say “have you not got the hint after ringing 2 times” I couldn’t believe it so I asked him are you speaking to me and he said yes I am speaking to you. Apparently he is busy with costumers at the counter which I can understand, but to answer the phone and speak to a customer in that tone of voice is disgusting. I would be extremely careful and maybe avoid as I would not want to be the one calling them for any sort of after sales service because his attitude is not suitable for dealing with customers or members of the public. I don’t usually leave reviews but this absolutely needed one.

   I read the comment of Peter he explained them so well nailed it.Completely unethical and liars and doesn't matter u speak to manager or a normal staff all will lie on your face. Avoid at cost or buy from someone like amazon and ebay with return lable if wrong or damaged at least they collect and accept return without any cost plus these People dont accept return and lie to every level to avoide Thanks

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS - INCOMPETENT UNETHICAL LIARS. 'Paul' agreed (after thick colleague Michaela refused) to pay return postage cost after wrong part sent, causing me wasted time & extra £60 garage time. Return postage NOT paid. Made previous complaint. Response was PURE DRIVEL - COMPLETE LIES - DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY 'FEEDBACK' you read online responding to any complaint. Any response to this complaint will be DRIVEL. Have lodged written complaint with Ebay and Doncaster Trading Standards, so the card is at least marked. Also do not trust gushing reviews amazingly posted after complaint review - they are all fake. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

   Directed to New Vehicle Parts from Prasco, as I was not an account customer... I Looked at the website to begin with, which wanted payment via PayPal, so contacted them direct. The lady who took the call "Machala", was polite and helpful and the process took less than 5 minutes. The best surprise was that the I paid (by credit card) was less than on the website which required a PayPal account. All in all a positive experience.

   Ordered wing mirror after someone had clipped it while parked. Then didn’t require it. Requested to return. Told they would deduct postage, needed to be sent recorded etc....Also stated it needed to be in same packaging etc.....An orange tatty box then. Looked at reviews of people who had attempted to return items and NO refund given for various reasons. Therefore, not risking it and just selling on. My advice to any customer in a similar predicament is do the same!!
