   Called in for a quick pint having visited the area I was born in, a few doors along on nether edge road. Didn't eat so can't comment it was very quiet being middle of day , good local real ale was welcome to see

   Genuinely surprised by the quality of the food. Went for Pie night and will be going back for the Sunday Dinner. Home made proper pie. Chips are quite possible the best anywhere. And came with loads of seasonal veg.
