   Amazing company, ordered my sons first ever school uniform was worried about timing so I contacted them for reassurance not even a week after a placed my order.    For a school uniform shop touchline is very disappointing. Checked there Google opening times on bank holiday Monday which stated was open until 5pm. Visited at lunchtime and it was closed. Not great for working families who have very little time to visit the store. Attended the Friday 30th August to wait in a queue of customers waiting to be served. Two members of staff on. One on the tills and one running for items upstairs. No one manning the floors to answer a question or to offer assistance. Waited to speak to the lady regarding where the uniforms were for our school as there was no signage for it. She pointed to it and stated no PE kits in and limited sizes for cardigans and if the size required wasn't in, it's a two week wait. She was then going to check the Cardigan sizes but now it's not age only inches. A lot of messing for a first time school starter who needed to the items on to be able to see the size instead of the usual size x to y. Visited the alternative store in the town centre who did have all sizes ready available and was in a out of the store in 10 minutes. Although our school recommends touchline, we will stick to the alternative shop for a hassle free experiance

   We were excited to go in to buy our child's first school uniform for primary school. My God the customer service was both shocking and horrendous, we were made to feel like an absolute nuisance from the minute we entered the shop. The girl behind the desk,the boss I think gave us a dirty look because we had disturbed her on her mobile phone, she never moved from her chair and was on her mobile phone all the time we were in the shop . Any queries or questions were answered with a 'tut' and a complete lack of interest. The customer service could not have been any worse and we came out of the shop fuming.! My advice would be to go to another uniform provider so as not to spoil your precious experience.

   Terrible service from this company. Received two jackets that were supposed to be the same size. They are completely different sizes (one is way too big for me) and they refuse to accept this fact. Told me it was normal differences and refuse to order me another jacket. Despite paying for set up and needing more uniform I will not use this company again.
