Food = GUINNESS Quiet on a Monday night 9.50 pm But a friendly service and atmosphere. Loved the special footie fans chat corner and the homage to Hendo's artwork.

Terrific pub. John, the landlord, is welcoming and serves an excellent pint. The regulars were also welcoming and the beer was spot on! Decent price too at £3.50 11/08/25 Beer now £3.80, but that's very competitive and otherwise, please read above!

Great pub, excellent beers and nice friendly staff.

Good little pub though more modern than expected for an old building - like walking into a badly contrived pub film set thrown together from what’s left over from a ram-raid on Wickes. As a result it lacks charm and any kind of ambiance. Friendly barman though and couple of decent pints on tap. Popular with the Sheffield United FC mob so I’d probably give it a side-swerve on a match day.

First time in donkeys since I’ve been here. Decided to meet a couple of friends who have never been in this pub before. They liked it so much they want to go again. A great welcome from all… locals, residents and staff. Stefan the landlord and Donna his bar manager are brilliant, we felt so comfortable and welcome. A great pub, that’s held its charm. Thank you everyone for making us feel at home x

Nice friendly pub and staff, great for an after work pint. Saturdays are very busy when SUFC are at home.

Lovely pub, friendly service, not pricey.

Proper locals' pub. Bigger inside than it looks from outside. Old fashioned yet modern, if you dig?

Another surviving traditional pub! Done up a bit, more modern decor, love the different corners in the pub. The owners or landlord put out a bit of food (finger food) which is nice.
