   The initial consultation was a 2 minute video call where the Dr agreed I could benefit from the surgery I wanted but said I need in face appointment. The date got closer I was messaged to ask if the appointment could be moved to an earlier time the day before. I agreed. I arrived at the new re-scheduled time and the reception was packed with too many people that had all arrived together. Most were complaining about waiting times. I heard patients discussing revision surgery openly in the reception with the receptionist. I waited more then and hour. Eventually I was called up and the nurse apologised about the wait and said the Dr will be with you soon, He pretty much walked in and out and said I didn’t need the surgery, I wanted to discuss the area in more detail and ask what would be appropriate procedure but I could tell how back logged they we’re It made me feel uncomfortable to ask further questions. The day after I received a call at 1400pm approx asking about booking my consultation. I replied stating that I had that the day before and they put the phone down on me. The experience leading up to any decision was chaotic to say the least. I’ve saved at least 10k to discuss the surgery most appropriate for my problem areas but I’ll re-direct this somewhere else. This review is not a reflection of surgery of course but it is about the experience dealing with Signature.

   Spoke to them and booked an initial video consultation appointment. I was told I’d get a text to confirm and an email which I’d respond to with some photos of my ear. All seemed fine, like a totally normal booking procedure. Then less than a week later and with no reasonable explanation as to why, they have cancelled my appointment via text ‘because I haven’t confirmed’. I had confirmed, both on the phone, and agreed I’d be sending photos of my ears prior to the appointment (which was still well over a week away at the point of cancelling). As a capable adult who is able to manage my own diary, I felt this was a little bit hounding... Not to mention ridiculous. Particularly because I was advised to phone back to book another appointment if I wanted to go ahead. Except what’s the point? I’d just be cancelled on again for ‘not confirming’ despite having a fully coherent conversation where I’ve confirmed.

   This is the second time I have used Signature Clinics. Both times have been great experiences. My first surgeon was Dr Carlos who great. This time I had Dr Sherif. He has been faultless from giving me his personal number to talk through concerns pre procedure to his trauma on the day. The scrub staff were superb too! Follow up is amazing. I cannot fault this Signature group at all and would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic procedures.

   Contacted Signature, and had a facetime appt.with the surgeon. Was told i would benefit from upper and lower eyelid surgery, so made appt. for the surgery, i paid £1500 deposit then the date was changed,so i made a new operation date. Arrived on that date, was told to pay the remaining balance before i saw the surgeon. When i did see the surgeon i was told i was not suitable for the surgery, i asked for a refund and was told that the manager would come and see me, the manager told me they would only give me £1000 back out of the £3000 that i had paid! I obiously kicked off about this, and said that wasnt going to happen, so the manager went away again and then said i would get a full refund but would have to wait a couple of weeks to recieve it, so i told them i wanted it in writing before i left the building. They wasted my time, my travel and also tried to rip me off avoid this place, unless you are going to stand up for yourself. Shocking and totally unprofessional. Also after i had paid the deposit and rang to get some more information about the procedure i could never get through left voicemails and they never responded, which doesnt leave you feeling great! AVOID.

   Had upper and lower blepharoplasty procedure done at the Manchester clinic last week. It was performed by Dr Ahmed and have to say I am very pleased with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Dr Ahmed and the clinic, whose staff are all very friendly. Thanks to all for their attentiveness, kindness and support.

   I had my liposuction procedure on 6th October with Dr Ahmed, in Birmingham. Must confess, I had my doubts beforehand, especially due to the fact the intervention was under local anaesthesia. However, my experience was great from start to finish. The whole team made feel relaxed and Dr Ahmed was very professional and caring. I told him that I do not care some much about my fat, all I want is a waistline - which he gave me!!! To be honest, I am thinking already to have a second intervention in 8,12 months' time as I am dreaming now of even a tinier waist! Thank you, Signature Clinic and Dr Ahmed!!!

   What can I say. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish and the results of my face lift and eye lid surgery were fantastic. I can not praise my surgeon enough and his staff were great at making me feel at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

   I had both upper and lower Bleph. I had Dr Ahmed and he was so lovely. I didn’t feel a thing , I was made to feel so special. Asked what music I would like ! The afternoon after surgery I have some pain, I just took some nurofen, the day after too. But after that nothing at all was needed. The healing process was very , very quick indeed. I had very bad puffy eyes. And friends have all said I look 15 years younger ! I’d highly recommend the clinic as they are so professional with after care too. Nothing is too much trouble. You can email or phone my time and they come straight back to you. I have another post op check up in 3 months. It was 1 week , 2 week , 6 weeks and 3 months. Highly recommend ⭐️
