   Had a problem with the boot on my discovery sport which opened fully then swiftly lowered about 1 foot, decided it was probably one or both boot struts being faulty. ( after watching a very good you tube video on how to change them, which I did , but I unplugged the faulty one rather than cutting the cable, incase that caused more problems) I had previous telephoned numerous spares companies and breakers yards all where absolutely no use at all. I rang LRS and they could not have been more helpful, I ordered both struts and had the option to return one if only one was required. This turned out to be the case and a refund was indeed processed with no issues at all. Great service on the phone and the counter , would definitely recommend this company.

   Purchased for a customers vehicle, Ordered Tuesday, listening showed expected delivery Thursday, The seller was aware that it was needed urgently. Not w Saturday and the seller still not dispatched the item. We have a customer’s vehicle on the ramp with front axle stripped down waiting for this part. Guess I should of read the rest of the reviews on the internet about the poor customer service from this company
