Absolutely fantastic company, replied to my query on Sunday night, less than 24 hours later I had the parts in my hand! Paul could not do enough for me to ensure I had the correct parts. Simply fantastic customer service, great prices and good quality parts, they've made a lifetime customer that's for sure!
Needed a part in a hurry due to a failed light assembly. Was shipped fast by free courier and received as promised. Technical support from Steve was excellent via email and he was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.
Ordered a part at 1pm on Thursday. By half 7 that same day, I realised the part was not suitable for my vehicle and emailed Simply Car Parts to ask them to cancel the order before it got shipped. Just after 10pm, I got confirmation that my order had been cancelled and a refund given. As interactions go with companies, when you, yourself are essentially the worst type of customer, this is about as good as it gets. Next time I need to order anything for my cars, these guys are now top of my list.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! Bought 2 Solenoids for my bmw! Both made my bmw run terribly! Garage told me to get them out of car as it would cost me a lot more if i didn’t! When speaking to them about it they basically said they wont do anything and i will have to go through the main supplier of the part which will take god knows how long! i cant just send the faulty parts to them and get refunded! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SIMPLY RIP YOU ALL OFF AND SEND YOU CHEAP TERRIBLE PARTS AND NOT LET YOU RETURN!! AVOID AVOID AVOID Car is off the road now due to there terrible customer service!
I needed to order a low value part (£5 dipstick funnel), but needed the part urgently next day. I contacted Simply Car Parts and they went out of their way to upgrade my delivery to a Pre-9am which arrived promptly the next morning.
