   I am appalled at the service my daughter received from Rachie Goodall Ragdollz. We paid nearly £400 for the extensions she recommended, plus £145 for fitting and colour matching. The colour match was completely wrong, and the quality of the extensions was so poor they couldn’t even be dyed. After admitting the mistake, Rachie refunded only £40 (half the fitting cost) and promised £32.50 for half the dye, which my daughter is still waiting for — nowhere near the full amount. What’s worse is that my daughter has very thick hair, and it was clear Rachie was out of her depth. A professional should have been upfront about this before starting the job, rather than taking the money and delivering a result she wasn’t capable of doing properly. My daughter had to go elsewhere to try and fix the damage, and the new stylist was shocked: the extensions had been fitted and placed incorrectly, and the hair itself was such poor quality it was unfixable. His only advice was to remove them completely and start again with proper, colour-matched hair. This whole experience has been a huge waste of time and money, not to mention very upsetting for my daughter. To charge hundreds of pounds for poor-quality extensions, a bad colour match, and then refuse to provide a proper refund is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this stylist. These are the before and after pics.

   I have had the most amazing experience here, I’m in love with my hair and the girls couldn’t do enough for me. I felt so welcome I would highly recommend ragdollz, if you’re looking for a friendly salon where you leave better than when you arrived this is the place to come to. Thank you x

   the girls at Ragdollz are all so lovely and down to earth and the atmosphere when you’re in the salon is unmatched. They always go above and beyond to ensure you leave looking your absolute best, they’re not just hair dressers, nail/make up artists etc they are agony aunts who have taken a salon and turned it into a safe space where you can be yourself and you always feel so much better after visiting. I honestly wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

   Ragdollz what can I say I feel proud to be apart of this shop the girls who work there always go above and beyond to help make the client feel amazing. They listen when needed , help when needed and have an atmosphere that I have never come upon. It is always welcoming and friendly nothing is to much trouble. Yes the salon and shop is my wife’s and daughters but I also listen to them working 24/7 to try there hardest to always give excellent service. Even when sometimes I moan to say your closed they always respond that when never closed. The girls they work with all share there work ethic which is a credit to all of them. Ragdollz is a small business which in these times is very difficult to maintain but with their love for what they do it shines out. It is more than just a salon / shop it is a lifestyle.

   Ragdollz Warrington and Runcorn store has everything you need, and the stuff you find you did not think you needed. They see a family run business who not only give staff the best support available, but every customer to them is a friend. They will go out of their way to help you, whether you are there to shop, buy clothes, get hair done, makeup and nails. Once you have visited the shop you will want to go again. How many shops can you get what they offer under one roof. You are getting sorted for a night out, you can get everthin g done in the one shop. More importantly how many shops can you say you go in as a customer and come out having made new friends.
