   Absolutely down grade in both Salon and Service. Will not be returning. Booked with a female member of staff, turned up to a male and no explanation as to why. Done and cut and blow in record speed rushing and looking at the clock for closing time, app was 3.30 so not late- was out by 3.55 that was a cut, wash and blow dry on longer hair. Washed hair in stone cold water and kept making remarks about being brave considering the water was so cold- admitted to the salon keeping losing the temp/heat Ragged hair when drying, dried with a comb …. Pulling all the time. Laughed in face at my description of having hair cut in to face at front because i used the wrong term for it. RUDE, ROUGH, UNPROFESSIONAL, and completely ruined what should be a relaxing and pamper like experience. The Salon - small, grubby, cheap and nasty compared to the previous salon.

   I’ve had beauty treatments ( waxing) and my wash and blow dry done. Both have been great. I always manage to get an appointment when I need it (book online everyone!). All the staff are more than capable so I’m never too fussy over who I have.

   Due to good reviews I thought to book for a pedicure and no doubt staff is really professional and accommodating I called to move my appointment time to half an hour later which they did without any issues but as my work finished earlier I reached on Amy previous slot time and they accommodated me that was really nice of them pedicure was done by Joe exactly the way I requested and 1 hr pedicure including foot massage was really relaxing would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
