I've worked with him for a few years now and am always after him to run my Hair Department backstage at fashion weeks - his hair up and leadership skills are at the top of their game and customer service and attention to detail with his clients really stood out to me to the point that when I sold my own salon and had to make recommendations to my own clients he was the natural choice for me to send them to. What particular stood out to me, and unfortunately not seen very often in our industry is that he would always turn a client away from a treatment and repair their hair first if the integrity of their hair was in jeopardy and would never over process or provide a chemical process on already damaged hair - that goes a long way in my book and shows that he has the clients best interests at heart rather than just 'money in the till' - that's the kind of hairdresser I wanted my clients to go to. I showed her an old picture of what I’d like and she recreated it! I had been using box dyes and she evened out my colour which now has a great shine. “Hey my name is Corynne, I'm a great whittness to the incredible talent the team at Joanna Claire provide. I was a bit of a suprise that they had no idea they would be dealing with. So the day before I came to them (in such a great need of help) I had gone to a different salon to get my hair done. I had booked with them a few days in advance and came in just to find out that they didn't have the time to finish my hair. They had bleached it so raw and send me home. My hair was dry like straw and orange. My head hurt from the bleach and I felt so so bad about myself. The bleach left patches all over my head and I still had colour left from my last hair dye because they didn't even cover the colour of my hair needed in any bleach, just my roots. I was so so upset and insecure. I had called about 20 different salons before these amazing people saved me. And I'll be honest I didn't think there was any hope at all. I thought they would look at it and say something like "no this is too damaged there's nothing we can do." But I kid you not they absolutely transform me. I walked in there literally about to burst out sobbing to sitting on my couch writing this with my cheeks still hurting from smiling!!! They have not just fixed my hair but they gave me back my confidence! They were all so so caring. And they actually understood me and that it's not just hair and what happened wasn't fine. They took so much time and put in so much consideration to it all. They really really cared and wanted it to be perfect. I am so so grateful to them. They worked absolute wonders with my hair and all with like zero notice. I will forever be so so grateful to these absolutely incredible people. They have just made my heart so happy in so many important and definitely needed wayn not just with my hair. Please people if you read this I can absolutely guarantee that from the minute you walk in from the moment you leave you will be transformed physically and mentally.
