   Hey my name is Corynne, I'm a great whittness to the incredible talent the team at Joanna Claire provide. I was a bit of a suprise that they had no idea they would be dealing with. So the day before I came to them (in such a great need of help) I had gone to a different salon to get my hair done. I had booked with them a few days in advance and came in just to find out that they didn't have the time to finish my hair. They had bleached it so raw and send me home. My hair was dry like straw and orange. My head hurt from the bleach and I felt so so bad about myself. The bleach left patches all over my head and I still had colour left from my last hair dye because they didn't even cover the colour of my hair needed in any bleach, just my roots. I was so so upset and insecure. I had called about 20 different salons before these amazing people saved me. And I'll be honest I didn't think there was any hope at all. I thought they would look at it and say something like "no this is too damaged there's nothing we can do." But I kid you not they absolutely transform me. I walked in there literally about to burst out sobbing to sitting on my couch writing this with my cheeks still hurting from smiling!!! They have not just fixed my hair but they gave me back my confidence! They were all so so caring. And they actually understood me and that it's not just hair and what happened wasn't fine. They took so much time and put in so much consideration to it all. They really really cared and wanted it to be perfect. I am so so grateful to them. They worked absolute wonders with my hair and all with like zero notice. I will forever be so so grateful to these absolutely incredible people. They have just made my heart so happy in so many important and definitely needed wayn not just with my hair. Please people if you read this I can absolutely guarantee that from the minute you walk in from the moment you leave you will be transformed physically and mentally. They are not just incredible with hair but with the heart too!!! Thank you so much for literally everything I don't think words will ever truly express how happy you have made me!!!

   Love having my hair done here. Always made-up with the cut and colour. Staff so friendly and there is an excellent choice of sweet treats from Emma's Bakery to have whilst waiting for your colour.

   A really friendly place and a good way to relax while having your hair treated. And talking of treats their coffee shop means the indulgence of homemade cakes to eat there or better still take away as a treat for later. Try the lemon drizzle...chef's kiss!
