Had my hair booked in and after I had travelled down there for my appointment the girl said she would need to rearrange my appointment as the girl who was meant to be doing my hair had to go home, no apology, was just met rudely and told she could rearrange for later in the week as though she was annoyed I had turned up for an appointment I had booked. I was going away that week so luckily booked somewhere else who could fit me in and couldn’t fault them at all they were amazing! Would not recommend here.
