first time coming here, and staff are so friendly, professional and welcoming! i got my first lash lift and tint, and im so happy with the results, thanks to danielle who done the service for me yesterday (9/08/25), deffo coming here again the service was amazing!
Really recommend this place. Went yesterday for my first ever lash lift. Service was excellent and they really went the extra mile. Felt very comfortable and looked after and will DEFINITELY be returning. Kathryn and team are lovely! Read the Treatwell reviews as well as here as they are people who have definitely used their services :)
The young girl who did my hair was absolutely on point my hair looked and felt fantastic however the owner Kathryn was so rude to all the staff and was very unprofessional and her mother who was just as rude she insisted on asking one of the staff personal questions about her health and why she had been off work, it was obvious the young girl felt uncomfortable and harassed in the situation. I think the staff are way too kind to be working under those conditions. Kathryn should not be a boss.
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This salon is the worst one I’ve ever been to! Kathryn (owner) is always on her phone and not paying attention to clients! Takes advantage of young girls and abuses them by not paying them correctly and getting them to do all her dirty work! She treats all her staff like dirt on the bottom of her shoe and I feel so sorry for all the girls that work for her as they destroy their passion and motivation to work within the hair and beauty industry! She is setting a bad standard for all her staff when in fact the girls are amazing and she is NOT!
