   Please avoid this company at all costs. I purchased one of their auto roll tops for my truck, and wish I never had. The roll top cost over £1,000 and the quality was terrible. The instructions were wrong, it looks like a "seconds" item when it arrived, bolts were missing, batteries were missing. Then, after I did manage to install, the roll top broke on the very first use. After endless calls, emails and messages, DST put the blame on me for "breaking" the item on first use and refused to return. I have since had to raise a complaint via my bank to try and get the money back I also tried to return another unopened item to them, which they agreed. However, after 10 days, their item still hasn't been collected, meaning I won't get the money back from that one either. Absolutely terrible customer service and no customer should be treated like they have treated me.

   I recently purchased from DST Automotive and had a bit of an issue. The item I received seemed like it had been used and was missing parts. A DST employee confirmed: “We had a few new packs on a shipment that came damaged. We thought it had been sorted, but it seems this one still got sent out. My apologies.” It would have been better if the buyer had been informed upfront, but I appreciate that DST addressed the situation promptly. Everything has now been sorted, and I (hopefully) have everything I need to mount the racks on my car. Overall, it was a slightly disappointing experience, but DST’s apology and resolution mean I’m satisfied in the end. A note for potential customers: just be aware of what I’ve mentioned. Missing parts circled in red.

   If you want the cheapest quality, cheapest looking, worst fitting roof bars then these are for you. Quality and paint of product very very poor. Fitting kit simply generic and you’ll end up using your own bolts. Don’t bother wasting your money just buy proper genuine ones.

   Sorry guys, not one for leaving bad reviews but I’ve been ignored for 2 weeks. Pre finished & painted spoiler supplied for my transit custom. Upon fitting noticed that they are 2 different depths. Clearly a manufacturing or finishing fault. I’ve offered to remove and return but it’s fallen on deaf ears. WhatsApp communications stopped and refusing any help whatsoever so I’ll now remove and replace with one from another supplier. DO NOT BUY ANY PRE PAINTED PRODUCTS FROM THESE.

   Bought Roof Bars and Load Stop for my Ford Tourneo Connect. Looked at a few makes and models some hugely expensive some very cheap n cheerful and DST Automotive Version. Seriously Top Notch Quality, went together faultlessly fitted perfect and looks the Biz. Just the Bars on there own pretty silent at 70mph. I’ve loaded a Canoe on top using the load stops absolutely secure and highly recommend the load stops for Canoe and Kayaks. Overall pleased with the purchase. ps obviously not tied down yet.

   Worst company to deal with. Do not expect a full refund if you run in to problems. They want up to a 50% restocking fee. DO NOT TRUST.....Not even worthy of one star

   Ordered here about a month ago and still have not received my package. I have tried to get through to customer service multiple times and still no response. The only update I have got on my package that it was shipped and have not received one since. Personally I think it might be a scam. Would not recommend
