I broke down on the road just outside of DSW Motor Factors earlier today. I went into DSW to get their postcode to tell the AA where I was. They offered me a seat inside, then a coffee. I thought it was likely out of petrol. The owner sent someone off to a petrol station to get a can-full of fuel, then two of the guys pushed my car off the road into their forecourt. Then they put petrol in my car and it started. They did all of this without me asking for it. I had never been before but I could see that this is an honest, well-run, and very helpful, garage. I will be happy to use DSW for all my car needs in the future. Thank you to all you lovely guys!
Great local business, friendly efficient and well priced. Its nice to use a local business rather than the large chains where value and good service do not always go hand it hand. Great company, will be using them again :)
Had four tyres fitted and tracked on a Ford B Max, very happy with the price. No hidden charges and the lads couldn't do enough for us (even the offer of a cuppa), highly recommend this place. Thanks guys.
Tyres at the best price I could find. Easy to order and book appointment online. You do not have to pay until your tyres are fitted. Good quick fitting service and a coffee while you wait. I'll be back when I need tyres again.

Outstanding service! I arrived, unannounced at about 9;30am, with a suspected tyre puncture. The tyre was checked within a few minutes. I agreed that, with the size of the screw embedded in the tyre and its age and wear, it was best to fit a new one. I also decided that the other rear tyre also needed replacing. Both tyres were replaced and paid for by 10:30am. I was also given a coffee while I waited.
