   Used this practice after total knee replacement. Ayan (dunno if spelt right) has done an amazing job on me. He has given me the confidence back as l had none whatsoever. He has worked on me at home amd taught me to basically walk again building my muscles back treating heavy scar tissue and freeing all the hamstrimgs and tendons.he has done an amazing job. I reccomend this practice 100%.

   I went to Advanced Physiotherapy with a back injury which occured after a fall in a football match. After 4 sessions I could feel a significant improvement. The pain lessened from 10 out of 10 to about 2 out of 10. I could now bend when before I could not get up from a sitting position or walk up or down the stairs without sharp pains shooting through my body. I attended a further 2 sessions and noticed lots of progress. Mr Ion who saw me in all 6 sessions is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions and so was the other physio who would pop in and have a chat every now and then. Very positive care experience and I would highly recommend.

   Amazing Treatment as Always I have been visiting Chris and his team for 25 years on and off with various different problems, Sports Injuries when I was younger and in later life General wear and Tear. The team are all extremely knowledgeable helpful and supportive, making sure that they listen to your concerns and explain things using terminology that you are able to understand which in turn puts you at ease. Advanced Physios working hours are perfect for all especially for those who work the standard 9 to 5. They are always flexible and happy to arrange appointments to suit your working pattern or commitments. Personally I feel that they are amazing value for money I can honestly say that wouldn't go anywhere else and cannot recommend them highly enough.

   I was told a session would last for 40 to 45 minutes, however the real session time is 20 minutes only. That's a rip-off. Not recommended.
