Honestly would give this 5 stars if it was just for Debbie. Always talking and having a laugh , always smiling and actually builds a report with patients unlike some. She's helped me though my first and second pregnancy , vaccinations and my athsma. I have no issues with Debbie but some of the new staff are rude , and unprofessional in my opinion.

I have been with this practice for many year. Over the past 10 years I have suffered mental health issues and required diabetic care, challenging at times whilst working full time and juggling the kids. I have nothing but positive comments for the whole team from the front desk who are welcoming and don't try to diagnose you over the phone, to Deb's the diabetic nurse who is always warm and listens to your concerns through to the doctors. I have had the same doctor for 8 years (Dr Shahid) who over time on the rare occasion I speak to him listens before passing comment, pays real attention to any issues I may be having with my mental health and has always been extremely supportive. I have in the past been referred to 3rd party clinical support teams, this has been dealt with efficiently and recently I had cause to question the judgement of that 3rd party support. Dr Shahid took action and it is now being dealt with. I strongly believe the less I see my doctor the better but knowing that when I do the staff that answer the phone are patient and have empathy without being condescending, a duty of care is given and I feel my best interest is at the heart of their care.

Don’t go here if you need help with your mental health. I changed to this practice as my usual doctor was on maternity leave and I was going through a mh crisis. I chose this practice because of an article online praising their holistic approach to mh which they had won an award for. All I can say is that for the 2 years I was a patient my mh declined to a point where I thought I’d need to be sectioned, I had no holistic treatment and was only given prescriptions for antidepressants. Everything was over the phone with a different dr every time and I was gaslit so badly. None of the drs showed any sort of compassion or even tried to follow up with me after I had a traumatic event. I don’t know who gave them the award but I doubt very much it would be the patients if the way I was treated is anything to go off. The 2 receptionists that are there all the time are vile also, monotone, don’t follow up on admin requests, no humanity whatsoever and the practise manager is a condescending cactus. I have moved back to my old doctors now and bit by bit sorting my life out after the extremely poor care from this practice. HOWEVER I’m glad there is only a one star option because the star belongs to Debbie the practice nurse. She is an absolute angel with a pure heart and a caring spirit, I wish she was the nurse at my current surgery. She’s fab and worth a million of them doctors

I've been here for blood testing several times (sent from my own GP) and each visit I've parked easily, been seen on time, and the receptionist was polite. The nurse was great, she was kind and caring and put me at ease.

Receptionists here are absolutely disgusting!! Very unprofessional and have disgusting attitudes!! Had 2 incidents with them in the past wk, they clearly aren’t up to the job. They really let the doctors surgery down.
