    Was sent a incorrect set of shock absorbers for my Golf MK7 on ebay , returned them in undamaged and original packaging and received 50% of my refund when they received them, and then when I complained they confirmed in a message I sent one new and one used shock absorber back, I had to open a ebay case against them and finally received all my money back. I would not purchase anything again from this company again if they have to be deceitful as not to give refunds. Thank god ebay has such stringent measures as to protect customers from this behaviour.

    1 star is not poor enough DONT WASTE YOU MONEY . They advertised a wiper arm with photos on ebay the item I received was completely the opposite sent them photos of my original and the arm they sent they even admitted what I received was not the same as listed bit they still refused to pay the return postage. AVOID AT ALL COST ROUGE SELLER
