Filled in triage form and was then phoned to make an appointment. Doctor was lovely and asked me to arrange to go for blood tests. She sent me a link and I selected an appointment the same morning. Lady doing blood tests was very good, no pain, very quick. All done very efficiently, thank you.

The doctors are lovely when you can get an appointment! The receptionists seem to lack empathy and are abrupt. The website is terrible and misleading and needs simplifying to make an appointment. The parking is diabolical with more scruffy, muddy garden than parking spaces.

First Last β ββββ
Just had to make a complaint for the first time EVER! I've been waiting MONTHS to get an appointment for plantar fasciitis, and finally had an appointment today, Thurs Sept 18th at 1.30pm. I thought it was at the Bramhall Health Centre close to the centre of Bramhall, and I got there for 1.30pm. Turns out it wasn't, so I have to double back to the very similarly-named Bramhall Park Medical Centre (your texts don't specify the address!) - which is twinned with Shaw Heath, get there for bang on 1.40pm, but I'm only on time to be classed as 'late' and marked down as Did Not Attend. I've rebooked for a couple of weeks from now, but after all this time of waiting, I think this is a DISGUSTING, INTRANSIGENT SYSTEM! Even Michael Douglas in Falling Down only went over 3 minutes at Whammy Burger, but for this, I was late at the precise moment my appointment was cancelled. I did ask if I could still be seen, but Computer Says No. As a result, to say I am ANGRY is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I'll be surprised if anyone cares about this complaint.

We have been registered here for 4 years, and especially for children, we are usually able to get appointments on the same day. For adults, appointments may take a bit longer, but overall, things move quickly compared to the rest of the UK. Everyone is very friendly and organized. Although we have experienced occasional issues, we are generally very satisfied. Thank you to the entire team.

I have been using BPMC for over 20 their service used to be unmatched dealing with queries, issues and appointments as soon as possible. Recently Iβve had to call the doctors myself to even get my own test results & chase them up for appointments they should have booked for me but have not. For someone who does not use the nhs service much Maby once / twice a year I recieve regular messages telling me if my illness is not serious be patient I feel sorry for the people who have serious health issues and have to deal with them regular. The staff over the phone could not care less about your problems they just want to get off the phone as soon as possible. This establishment along with the rest of the nhs has fell off

Phone call this morning. 18/01/23 from a Dr Nadeem. I have never spoken to this GP before and clearly from the conversation we had she had no idea about me or my medical history. Nature of the call was to tell me that medication I have been on for years is actually incorrect and needs to be changed. When I questioned this and if was possible to speak with another Dr she became very rude, spoke to me like I was something that she had stood in, told me to ignore all that she said because I don't believe her and tried to end the call. Managed to keep her on the phone and was promised a call from the practice manager within 10 minutes. Waited an hour so far, who knows how long I'll actually wait. Dr Nadeem, Nasty, condescending, rude. Needs to learn how to talk to people like humans and reassure patients. With GPS like this it's no wonder the NHS is going down hill. No care in the care service.

I know the nhs is under severe pressure but even still the service here is shocking. The system seems crazy, only offer emerelgency appointments which means I have been directed to call at 8am and then 24th in the queue. There are no options for scheduled appointments. That seems crazy, clearly the staff are struggling to manage. I do feel empathy as they will be trying there best. But what about working people, can the stay for an 1hr on the phone or an elderly person struggling to get an appointment? The management of the system really needs to be looked at shocking!!! It's inefficient for everyone involved. People deserve better care!

Over 3 years with this practice. In over 20 years working for the NHS I can say with confidence this is the most disorganised, unhelpful, obstructive GP surgery I have ever encountered. Poor communication, with both patients and within the Practice. Zero empathy for patients needs and circumstances. Unresponsive to requests of any sort. Practice seem to foster a culture with their staff of βpatient is the enemyβ, hostile, unhelpful and plain rude

They will just take a blood test and first they booked for 21 days later, then they sent message in the same day and delayed 1 week. The other day other message came and 1 day more delaying!! They are sending message everyday to rearrange and delay the day for blood test as a hobby !!! How can a doctor start without blood test result! Just be reasonable, do your job! I will make my complaint to NHS as wellβ¦
