Brilliant little shoe shop in Greenford with all sorts of good quality shoes for wide feet and any other tricky issues . The assistant was super helpful and kind to my elderly father helping him try on and choose smart/comfy shoes for a wedding, and to mooch about town. As a result we bought two pairs!

I bought shoes from here previously and they fell apart within a month. I was refused a refund or even an exchange (I would have been happy with a new pair of shoes) and was told it must be how I wear them or how I walk. Yet my other shoes and replacement shoes have been fine for months now. I always bought shoes here. Never had an issue until now. Wouldnt recommend. 90% the time you will likely be okay but if you encounter an issue, they will not help you. Bad customer service and terrible owner.
I called the store this morning 3 times and left a message to tell them I would like to return a pair of shoes. i had no response so I went into the store on my only day off. I told them I had called and was accused of lying by the man and lady behind the counter. I have attached photos from my phone to prove I had called and no answer on this thurs morning. I am a loyal customer for so many years, since I was a little girl. I had not even taken them out of the box and wanted to return. They said no. I read the policy on the cash desk that said no return or refunds on sale goods. These shoes were not sale and they still refused. They then pulled out a framed sign from somewhere to say that you cannot return shoes if you do not like them. I have a shop and I would never treat my customers this way, absolutely disgusting behaviour. I’ will not ever be buying my winter boots from them again like I usually do.
My elderly Mum used to love this shop until her upsetting experience this week. She bought some shoes and the Peter John Staff offered to take the box. Mum agreed to this. However she decided that the shoes were unsuitable and tried to return them for a refund. The shop refused, despite the shoes being brand new and with a receipt because she no longer had the box. She feels misled and I wonder why on earth she was not advised of the consequences at the time of purchase? I have called , left messages and e mailed without the courtesy of a response Breaking News Just spoken to charming manager who has sorted out the problem Looks like Mum will be returning to his store and I may even try them out myself Thanks!
Great website- I ordered shoes for myself and my children. All arrived promptly and fit great. I also ordered some wide fitting slippers for my mum and they fit a treat. I have since been in person as the shop is easily reached by bus and the summer stock is amazing!! The sandals fit great and the staff went out of their way to help me. My go to from now on for shoes for the family. Also got school shoes from here- good quality and prices. Love!!
