   This review is specifically for the wonderful Dr Ben Addlestone, who was so kind and attentive. He saw me at such short notice and was able to help me after I had been dismissed from A&E without help or improvement. Dr Addlestone was incredible and what every healthcare professional should aspire to be.

   The dr and staff were lovely. The dr took my concerns seriously and examined me, in a carefull and respectfully way. My only slight complaint was that the disabled toilet and floor was dirty.

   This has to be one of the most disorganized doctor’s surgeries I’ve ever dealt with. It can take months just to get through on the phone, often requiring hundreds of calls from 8am, only to finally speak to someone and be told there are no appointments left. The system is completely backwards—doctors not turning up, no proper alternatives offered, and patients left in limbo. It feels as though people’s time and health are not respected here. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

   Doctors are wonderful specially doctor Daniel Hedwat. He is extremely friendly, supportive, understanding and most importantly a great listener who allows you to explain your problem in detail. He doesn’t rush like some other doctors do as well as explaining conditions and use of medication in detail. We need more doctors like him.

   I have to agree with others here. The receptionists are almost comically rude! Having said that, the two female doctors I see and the nurses have been very good (obviously like all NHS services they are stretched). The practise really needs to clarify who on the reception team needs to move out of the customer service profession!! It's ruining the whole reputation of the practise.

   It is Absolutely horrible practice. The stuff are rude. When you call them they have not always the doctors with whom to talk , they can't make an appointments. I am very disappointed in it.

   Absolutely the BEST practice EVER. The care, love and respect given to my mum Ann from everyone at the surgery from the wonderful receptionists (Julie) to Adam and the other GP’s. Thank you so much for giving my mum her dignity and respecting her wishes x

   The most disgusting receptionists I’ve ever come come across. The most vile service, absolutely rude. Honestly where did they get them from. If I could put 0 starts I would have. They need to be fired. When a person is sick, the last thing they need is disgusting receptionists to deal with.
