   14 days return period only. Ordered full suspension kit and found later some items were duplicated. At time of sale I was told it was checked and products were cellotaped back up. I opened a few items up knowing some items by sight would fit. I got told then that if packaging is damaged the product could not be returned. I was told they were 'checked', reassured I did not open the smaller boxes. 'Checked' means that Carol rattled the box according to male owner. Don't know why they were taped up then? The story changed each time I spoke to this company as to what checked meant. I got an extra two strut bearings and no rubber top mount which was specified. "No, you didn't" Funny how talking to manager who didn't deal with sale knew what I asked for over phone. Got told that people buy extra parts in case they are obsolete in future as a defence. Great I got 19 years out old bearing and I could have reused. I got 4 new and 2 old now. To be fair I should have opened up all the boxes but those little boxes end up with tabs being damaged and then you can't take back product. So what do I do??? So would I recommend? Maybe, They sell KYB not Chinese made rubbish, but just buy one item at a time and get counter staff to open the box, but I suspect they won't...because it has been checked. I'd have given you 3 stars but you hung up on me. You did ask to call you to discuss this matter. Being in business 5/6 years or 50 years is no excuse neither. We all make mistakes, it is just that some people take responsibility. Shame because living in Wath, you are on my doorstep. Carol - you are a pleasure to deal with and courteous at all times.
