Dr Bashir is by far the most disgusting and unprofessional Dr i have ever encountered. I have been called regarding a medical issue that is ongoing and I’m still looking for help with, instead I was advised that I need counselling and he can’t reassure me regarding my medical symptoms. I will be complaining about this Dr until I get an answer as I feel extremely worried for any patients who may have more serious symptoms and will be fobbed off by Dr Bashir.

The staff care exclusively about having an easy life rather than taking care of patients. Honestly, you wouldn’t believe the way they treat people with serious complaints - totally dismissing things linked to cancer and post operative infections like it’s all in a days work. Horrible service run by horrible humans.

I find the staff on the phone disgustingly rude and very patronising. Which is quite clearly a common patient complaint as per the majority reviews. I have never experienced such rudeness from a doctor surgery receptionist in my life. Over talking and abrupt with the worst customer service skills. If I am not able to do something online due to personal reasons (that actually, I do not have to explain) without your obnoxious staff members highlighting "that other patients do it and have no complaints" then I must express how horrible and unkind that actually is and considering its 2025, I feel like members of the NHS should know and do better. In fact, they should be the first to put it into practice being kind to others. It's actually sad. I do not know how you can possibly expect people with personal struggles to confidently call up and ask for help when this is how they are treated! When I called back to hopefully speak to someone who was more helpful, I tried to explain my difficult call. The previous one. It was actually the same old lady, still not helpful and still disgustingly rude and I must say that, if you think threatening me with " we will listen to the call" is going to bother me, then you are very very sadly mistaken. I do not take passive aggression lightly. It's very very rude and very unprofessional. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

The extended access at Lime Square is amazing. I haven't seen a doctor at Florence house for ages, it's either phone call appointment or over to Lime Square. Today I saw Anita, the nurse, I've left feeling listened to and had a good MOT . Well done extended access, great service.

THE RECEPTIONIST HERE IS RUDE AND NOSEY She was rude over the phone saying I'm contradicting, being sarcastic, etc. So I came in to talk to her in person after 10 minutes as I live local. I came in and asked her outright if it was her I spoke to over the phone, she lies, apparently it wasn't her that I spoke to. Voice sounds exactly the same. She doesn't seem to understand patient/doctor confidentiality, she kept on asking the exact reason why (I have noted briefly the reason why on the online application) I've asked for a sick note after I've told her twice that I'd rather speak to the GP and not her as it's something private. I don't want to say out loud in front of the patients waiting in the room and it's something private. She said she'll let the triage know and just stared at me like "Yes, you can leave now." without telling me how long the process will be etc. She's not helpful at all. She acts all stuck up and very patronizing. This GP needs a knowledgeable receptionist that can guide patients to the right process or offer them an alternative approach.

GP staff are horrible and make reports of patients being 'aggressive' just because they have struggles communicating in English and once you get them to make an appointment (because the online form in near impossible because you can't fill it out outside of work hours). They never get back as they promise, they told me that I will receive information regarding my appointment within 4 weeks. Two months.. nothing. But a letter regarding a complaint against a patient.. within a WEEK! These staff aren't volunteers, they get paid by taxpayers and should do their job and get patients medical help. They make this inaccessible and it's just easier to call an ambulance for a regular cold than waiting so long that the illness may have evolved and now you have to call the ambulance anyway. Overall, this GP is a waste of time.

5 stars for Dr Cheung who spoke to my wife earlier on in the week re. Our baby daughter & saw us yesterday as well. Very attentive, informative & reassuring which is highly appreciated for first time parents. We hope he stays there as we will opt to see this practitioner ourselves in the future. Please pass on our message to the kind doctor.

Really happy with this surgery. New to the area, only starting using the surgery in the last few days. Online booking system easy to use, responses from the surgery were very quick. Daughter requested blood test on Wednesday, did blood test Thursday, informed results in Friday! Myself, I requested blood test, spoke Dr called following day, filled form for nurse, given an appointment date within the hour of form going in. Can't fault them. Staff really polite and helpful too. Really pleased with Florence House, so far!

I booked the appointment online with the GP and once in the surgery the receptionist couldn't find the appointment in the system and one hour earlier with the nurse!. Thankfully l had a photo of the appointment on my phone so they had to accommodate me another hour later. In few words. The online booking doesn't work.

Would give minus 5 stars if i could!!!! Had to stop taking anti-anxiety meds because these idiots were underprescribing me, i asked for 2 weeks of anti depressents because i'm moving & they discharged me because i'm not in the catchment, even though the have an 8 weeks duty of care to make sure i'm are provided for. The staff are unhelpfull & sometimes rude, the security guard doesn't respect patient privacy, and they seem to like blaming the local chemist for their constant screw ups!! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!
