I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival ! Had acupuncture for the first time and it's nothing to worry about. feeling the effects physically and mentally. Very positive experience and will follow up if needs be.
Thanks to Venus in Eastwood, her knowledge and experience in acupuncture recovered my back due to sport injury. Her English speaks very well so we totally understand what she said and the preventions she suggested. Although the clinic is crowded sometimes, the clinical staffs are still remaining friendly and professional. Strongly recommended if you want to go for acupuncture or Chinese treatment for illness.
I have troubled with my back. It's so painful and I can hardly sit on the toilet seat. I then was recommended by my friends to Eastwood, they allocated me immediately to Dr Lai. Dr Lai said that I need acupuncture and immediately have it on that day. My pain was immediately healed 25% and then I keep going there for a few times. Thanks very for Dr Lai taking care of me, I am feeling a lot better to me and she also explained to me I need to take good care on my diet as well. Please don't hesitate, I have my worry for acupuncture as well. But Dr Lai will clam and heal you. I have absolutely no regret, however, it's a very popular clinic and you definitely have to book a few days in advance.
Eastwood Clinic is a clean and welcoming place, as soon as you walk through the door there is a friendly atmosphere from all the staff. The service is very efficient and the practitioners operate in a professional but personable way. As an English person I had no understanding or experience of Chinese medical practises before I came to Eastwood. I have a number of health conditions that I heard acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine could really help to improve. I didn't know what to expect when I first went to the clinic, Dr Venus Lai gave me a very thorough consultation and explained to me my health condition in Chinese Medical terms, I was very impressed by the detailed analysis of my health and Dr Lai was very patient to answer all of my questions. I then received acupuncture treatment which I was very interested (and a little bit nervous to try!) Dr Lai (or Dr Kidney as she is known!) talked me through each step as she applied needles to specific points (first in my legs and feet) that were appropriate to improve my specific health issues. I was then left to relax and let the needles take effect on my nervous system and improve my blood circulation. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! Since then I have been going back regularly to Eastwood clinic and have seen an improvement in my health, particularly to my blood circulation. Together with a regular prescription of herbal medicine and acupuncture treatment I have noticed a significant change in my condition. I will keep going to Eastwood Clinic and highly recommend to anyone to go there for the treatment and amazing staff!
