We had a great experience shopping at Shoehouse for my boys' new school shoes today. The lady really listened to mine and my boys' style preferences and had a great selection for them to try. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about fitting shoes. Will definitely be returning next time they need new ones.

Shop is now called Magnolia. Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and helpful lady. Saved me a trip to Kingston and good to shop locally. Stockists of Crocs. Thank you!

We returned too-small shoes to the now-closed Belsize Park branch and were given a credit note. When we went back to purchase new shoes with the note a couple of months' later, the shop had been closed - without any warning. We then contacted the Banstead branch which has not honoured the note, did not respond to communication by email and hanged up on me over the phone. Appalling customer service and no reimbursement of my money. Avoid.
What a great shop! We went in for kids school shoes. The lady was really helpful, I'd rung ahead to see if they had shoes in my daughter's size (they had virtually none in the right size in Clarks in Epsom, and I didn't want another wasted trip). When we arrived the lady had them all out, waiting for us. There was a very good selection, I'd also rung John Lewis in Kingston and they had only had 1 pair in her size. Would definitely recommend and go there again. They also had a great selection of adult shoes - my next trip to Shoehouse will probably be for me!
