Bought a pair of leather lace ups here, and they developed a large slit on the outer sole long before they should have. The manager told me they only guarantee shoes for 6 months, and refused to replace them ..... Buyer beware!

I was casually shopping, and popped into this store I was appalled by the store managers behavior (short curly hair woman) I saw her scream at another customer for not wearing a mask when they said they were exempt not only this I overheard her verbally abuse her own staff. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store and can’t imagine how she acts when other people aren’t around. I definitely won’t be coming back as long as she’s there. Very disappointed as it seemed like a very lovely store.
Really excellent and friendly, knowledgeable service in the Jones the boot maker Reigate branch today. Thank you to both the women who worked in there for their helpful and practical advice today. Highly recommended.
RE: - WING-TIP BROGUE ANKLE BOOTS I recently purchased an excellent pair brown leather soled shoes and the above boots. Really good service may I congratulate your sales lady I believe her name is Nikki, in that shop for putting up with me as very awkward/glum customer. I think Ashley should should take a refresher course on both the stock and the sizes of the shoes perhaps the lighting is bad in your stock room.
