So impressed by the lady who served me today and went out of her way to help me find a pair of boots. She was lovely and so so helpful.
Extremely rude member of staff in this store, an older lady with short hair and glasses. Definitely does not understand customer service and was very unhelpful, will not return to this store!
I had the misfortune to return 2 pairs of sandals today that I bought online and the shop assistant there, Lorna, was extremely rude, complaining that as they were a franchise by returning items purchased online to store I was taking money out of their till and the shop would be closed down. Lorna's attitude towards Clarks' customers is what will close the store down, not me returning my online purchases. Clarks website clearly states that shoes can be returned to store, but obviously Lorna in the Dorking branch does not agree with Clarks' returns policy. I was told I shouldn't buy shoes online and that they had the sandals I was returning in store in my size which is where I should have purchased them! I have never been spoken to like that before, so beware anyone thinking of returning an item purchased online to the Dorking store if Lorna is serving you!!!

Very disappointing as the store did not have any shoes in my son's size. None. Not even 1/2 size bigger. I will not visit this store again.
Great experience in this store, great service from courteous and friendly staff who were very helpful.
Always helpful staff. Can be a bit of a wait at times to get children's feet measured.
