This is my second pair of Ecco shoes. I bought exostride once again but in different color. Once you start wearing Ecco you feel like continuing with the same. The staff at Guildford branch is very helpful. Georgia in particular was very kind and helped me select the right shoe and colour for my needs.

Excellent service here from Sarah. Ecco as a brand are hard to beat when it comes to customer service. Their shoes are in the higher price bracket but you get what you pay for and consider if you are walking anywhere you are doing it in the shoes you are wearing. So invest in a good pair (or two). Brilliant shoes and brilliant service can't recommend them enough.
I have extraordinarily small feet for an adult male - Josh and Andre were attentive and helpful. Found a pair of shoes that fit perfectly. My last pair lasted years so I have high hopes for these ones. First day for new guy Andre but I liked his attitude. Thanks to both!
