The staff in the Windsor branch is very, kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & patient. We dealt with 2 ladies - young sale assistant & manager. Both ladies were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was really impressed by their approach and spot-on service. Thank you!

The store is nice and clean but unfortunately it's not only about the look. Today is all about customer service and this is something I haven't seen when visited this store. The cashier middle age, long hair, white skin woman been stood behind the counter ignoring all customers around. When I say ignoring I mean not acknowledging which is basically the same. An additional training could have been beneficial to the wholebteam.
Excellent service, very professional, polite and friendly staff! And excellent quality shoes as well!!!
Bought leather boots. Less than one week later the zipper lost few pieces and is not workin any more. Since I do not live in UK I cannot replace it easily.
