Very unhappy with the "customer service ", we found what we were looking for but at the till, all the female assistant wanted to do was take the money, but worse was she adressed me as" my love" How disrespectful ? and on exiting the shop the" lady" gave me some very dirty looks.
I’m giving 5 stars as I walked in, bought what I wanted and walked out BUT the lady who served me was exceedingly cross and grumpy and was being particularly unkind and nasty to her young assistant, the poor guy was very friendly and enthusiastic…he put my shoes into my bag for me while she glared at him and made sniping comments at him….not very professional and not a good attitude to have at all especially in front of customers and especially to obviously new staff. I wish I had pulled her up on her dreadful behaviour there and then!!!!
You get reasonable priced shoes here. They do not do half sizes, so a little difficult getting the perfect size.
I really like this shop-good selection of footwear and recently bought a pair of sized insoles at a great price. However, I am confused: are they closing down and relocating, going for good or closing for refit-staff seem to be unaware?
