   Dr nasim is very unprofessional and clearly a liar as my wife had a telephone appointment , dr nasim called at 3:44 for a split second and ended the call and left a voicemail at 3:45 stating my wife should rebook appointment. On the NHS app it shows the timing she logged “patient failed to answer” the time logged was at 3:43 so this was before she even called the patient ! How disgusting not even giving the patient a chance and has already put down “failed to attend” before even calling !

   Little bit concerned. Had an appointment with a staff member and not a GP. They made note that I would need some medication. But doctor never sent it over. Seems to be poor communication. Everything eas being written down instead of electronically logged so perhaps thats why.

   Today I saw Jennifer who treated me with kindness and respect. It was a relief to see someone intelligent and, I think, decent and honest with the instincts of a good nurse. To some extent she has managed to chip away at the dismal impression this practice has left me with recently.

   I was sat ‘next in line’ for 74 minutes. Constantly looping the music over and over again. I decided to hang up the phone and try call back to see if it’s registering other callers and I was put straight back to ‘you are next in line’. I was just lookiny for test results and it does not take over 10minutes to say here are your results, nevermind 7x that. 100% just ignoring the phones - the reception here is known to be lazy and rude.

   I would have 0 star if i could. it is impossible to book an appointment. i call at 8 oclock i stayed on hold for 1 hour literally and then i get disconnected. i called again and waited for 40 minutes on hold and then the receptionest pretended that she is not hearing me and hang up. this has happened 3 times. my little boy had tonsilitis 3 times in a couple of months and there is no way i get to speak to his GP.

   If I could rate lower I would the reception are so rude it's untrue. Always delaying my medication which results in me having to go to hospital for mental health medication so I don't get ill. I'm leaving the practice as soon as I can, there is many fake reviews which has clearly been made by the doctors surgery

   I had appointment Dam head medical centre. At 1 PM. Tuesday 18 may 2021. I went the GP. And the knocked the door and was greeted by receptionist. She ask me if I had a mask I check my poked and bag and released that I don't have any mask on me. And ask receptionist if she has spare one but she replied very roundly to me pointing finger to the exit and tell men I need to provide my own mask. She then slammed the door to my face. Which in turn made me upset and I knock the door again to ask for explanation of her beehive. She and her female colleague open the door and her colleague told me I was rood to wards the receptionist. I told her my English is not good and I might have missunderstood her are which point the receptionist told me with the demeaning tone "GO AND LEARN ENGLISH" . I have been voluntaring in care home and been working as a care assistant for the elderly during the pick of covid outbreak and never met this level of raisism. I am very hurt and feel violated. My purpose of writing about this incident is to inform you, so some action could be taken to prevent it from happening to others in the future.
