   Today I had a consultation with Dr Hamilton. She was absolutely amazing with her natural caring nature. She listened to me and my concerns. She examined me throughly and reassured me . I was perscribed antibiotics for a sinus infection. She genuinely cares and has excellent communication and listening skills. I felt comfortable and relaxed talking to her. She is an asset to her patients , peers and ladybarn group practise. Thank you Dr Hamilton for a wonderful patient experience.

   Dr Savoie took the time to explore some of the outcomes of my recent surgery, and how that might explain some of the problems I’ve been experiencing. He responded positively to my requests for referrals and tests, and was reassuring about a number of my post-op concerns. I found my experience with Dr Savoie was a positive one and I’d certainly recommend him to other patients at the practice.

   I've never had any issues here, if you need an emergency appointment just make sure you call just before/on 8am and I've always been able to get one. Dr Anderson is a super GP. The waiting room could be a bit more friendly but outside from that they do the job well.

   I have been with the practice as a patient for nearly 60 years. All the doctors have been kind, caring and conscientious. They always take the time to listen to what I have to say before deciding on a diagnosis. I am grateful for the time and attention that they have shown both my mother who is in her 90's and to me. The reception staff are always willing to try to help whenever they possibly can.

   I’ve been a patient at Ladybarn Group Practice for more than 30 years. The Doctors here are excellent. They really do understand the importance of listening carefully and allowing time for questions. I have never experienced any difficulty with making appointments. Even during the recent pandemic, I was able to request a call from a Doctor, and I always received a Doctor’s call within a few hours. I have always found the Doctors here to be genuinely friendly and caring, as well as thoroughly professional.

   Ladybarn Group Practice is a very mismanaged surgery, we have had countless problems with our prescriptions. The reception staff are condescending & extremely rude, they are absolutely vile to patients which is disgusting since they have to directly deal with vulnerable people. The practice needs to take accountability & change.

   They say to call before 9 for an appointment but never pick up, they must plug their phone line out and sit gossiping. When you do get through theres no appointments available but they can send you somewhere else. If ur persistent about getting an appointment, randomly an appointment pops up on their laptop screen. One doctor has said that they log appointments wrong and that they would have called sooner if it was logged differently. This surgery needs new receptionist who actually want to be there! I will not make a formal complaint because it clearly hasn’t made a change and that is all they suggest to people who give them bad reviews. Joke
