   Defective Item and Extremely Disappointing Customer Service On 19.10.25, I bought a pair of leggings, a sports bra, and a mint green sweatshirt for my 12-year-old daughter from your Cheshire Oaks store. She was so happy and excited about them. When we got home, I removed the tags and was about to wash the sweatshirt before she could wear it — but I noticed pink stains on it. My daughter was so eager to wear it that I decided to wash it, thinking the stains might come out. However, they remained exactly the same. On 23.10.25 evening, after school, we visited the Cheshire Oaks LULULEMON store again. The store manager, Brandy, was there. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. She was indifferent and completely lacking empathy — especially towards a 12-year-old girl who was so upset. Instead of listening or offering any help, she just read the return policy and told me that I shouldn’t have removed the tag. But the problem is clear — the item was defective from the beginning. Even if it were torn, you encourage customers to bring items back, yet when I showed the stains, she simply refused to help further. s this what you call customer service?

   The lady who helped me find a pair of leggings here took the time (on a very busy day) to determine what leggings would be best for the gym training I did. She also helped with sizes and knew the differences between each style (i.e. to size up in certain styles). Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but very impressed with the store.

   I made a trip to Cheshire oaks yesterday after work with my friend and was helped by a lovely short South African girl, and while my friend was in the changing room she was helping us with the sizing etc she was being friendly and made us feel very welcomed until she was rather rudely shouted at down the radio making it clear her helping us was an issue by her supervisor I imagine? she was called away and I saw and heard her being told that we hadn’t bought anything (yet my friend was in the changing room?) and that she was wasting time talking to us. I think it’s quite shocking that something like that would be said while I was clearly in earring distance and that an employee who was doing nothing but helping us was shunned for speaking to customers? After this we quite rightly didn’t buy anything as we felt she only cared about us spending and not creating a welcoming experience. I give three stars for the employees who did make us feel welcome but sadly after the experience from the supervisor we won’t be visiting this store again.

   The best smelling store in Cheshire Oaks. Good reductions in clearance, but they are no returns. Stock rotates reasonably often and the staff are really nice and helpful, even to a fat bloke (not Lululemons traditional customer)

   Had to leave a review purely for the lovely American/Canadian (?) lady who works there. She is super helpful, kind and welcoming. All the staff were lovely on my visit, as a huge Lululemon fan, the shop is okay as it does have a good range of different stock but some of the outlet clothes aren’t too much cheaper than you can purchase from the online shop. But still a lovely experience to go to try them on first and see new things!

   Lululemon outlet, great for any keen fans. The outlet stocks a variety of the discontinued ranges from all the essentials to accessories. Prices from £20 for shorts up to £60 which varies from 10% off up to 50% off retail. They didn’t have many size options available in some of the designs or colour variants, but it is an outlet and you can’t get everything ☺️ Worth a visit if you are a fan.
