Extremely rude staff. They don’t know how to do their job and communicate with patients. Doctors are extremely rude. Would not recommend. 1 star is too much for this practice. Horrible medical practice.

My recent experience at your surgery was extremely disappointing and highlighted significant failures in both customer service and internal communication. I submitted a formal request, along with my documents, for a doctor's letter two weeks ago, only to return and be told that the staff had no record or knowledge of my request whatsoever. This indicates a complete breakdown in your administrative processes, resulting in a waste of my time and a neglect of my needs. Such poor organisation and lack of basic follow-through are unacceptable for a medical practice.

I have been a registered user here for several years. Previously, the staff there were very good at taking care of people and were respectful of those who visited them. But now the staff there have changed and unfortunately they are not familiar with their work at all. They do not have much experience in their work and the person in charge here should follow up. I have the NHS app. Unfortunately, when I check the app, some people arbitrarily and without my having visited them type things in the app to say that we are active, while I have not visited them at all during the period and date they have registered. I had a sonography about two months ago and I am waiting for the sonography results. They do not register such an important issue in the NHS app and have forgotten. But they arbitrarily register a simple message. Shame on you.

I had filled two separate online forms to get a call back from GP despite being in a serious health condition, but the surgery failed to call me back. When I made an informal complaint to the manger, she was rude and unhelpful.

I booked an appointment two weeks in advance for my mum’s stitch removal after cyst surgery — exactly as instructed by the doctor. We turned up for the appointment today only to be told there was no record of it. Instead of owning the mistake or trying to fix it, they blamed us and gave another appointment two weeks from now — which would make it over a month since the stitches were put in. Are you seriously not aware of how dangerous that is? Stitches in the scalp are supposed to be removed after 7–10 days, not left in for over 4 weeks. Even the original appointment (which you lost) was already pushing the limit at 14 days. Absolutely awful handling of a basic post-surgical follow-up. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting service blaming the lack of doctors for not giving appointments to people who really need it. Don't take on more patients if you can't provide appointments to the registered service users. Shocking service from the receptionist team who read from a script no empathy whatsoever asking to call back every morning to get an appointment, when you simply can't get through. Horrible!

I wish there is a negative star that i could give for them. It's such a shame. They gave phone number to make appointment but nobody is bothered to answer the calls. Very disappointed after ringing 40 minutes and at the end it says"the number you have called can not accept this call". Should this be a surgery's bahvior towards patients. Pathetic

Horrible & unaccessible! - They ask to call at 8am to make an appointment but then too busy to pickup - asking for your medical report you need to fill out an online form that after you arrive at the practice they refer too. This report then takes up too 4 weeks to receive! - my mums been trying to arrange to see her go for 3month! But still they can’t book an appointment. It’s 2022 and you can’t book an online appointment for the practice. - customer service is terrible staff don’t speak to each and give different information. Do not use this practice! Waste of time and when health and saving peoples lives matter this practice can further damage your health.

I’d give it a zero if I could. So bad.. waited forever for a physio appointment for severe neck pain. Literally was signed off work for months it was so bad. Saw a guy, told me to do “neck turns” and see where I was after 6 weeks. Never heard from them again. Joke
