   I was running just a few minutes late due to unavoidable traffic, and instead of any understanding or flexibility, I was flatly turned away. The receptionist was unhelpful and robotic — it honestly felt like ‘computer says no.’ I completely understand the need for schedules, but a little humanity and customer service would go a long way.

   I called to make an appointment and I explained my issues to the receptionist she was very helpful I needed to see a GP asap she called me back and I was seen the next morning first time I have been to this MC staff were very nice and Dr Booth listened to my issues excellent sevice.

   I have used this surgery since I was a child. I've always found the Doctors very caring & understanding. The nurses are lovely, especially Nurse Cath - she is very knowledgeable & supportive. I feel that Amna on the reception team will always go the extra mile to help me, she has been great. Sometimes I do find it hard to make an appointment, especially short notice on the same day, but I think this is a common problem at most doctors surgeries across the country at the moment. I have been able to make them for a few weeks later if my problem isn't urgent. However, my daughter has health problems & learning disabilities and she does always get an appointment very quickly when she needs one - even on the same day, which is fantastic for both of us. Thank you

   I have been with this practice all my life and when the new surgery was open it went downhill. Not being able to get appointments. Repeat prescriptions late. Could not get passed the receptionists. I had a serious illness and was in a lot of pain at the time. I stopped going because it stressed me out so much. I had a nurses appointment today and also needed to see a doctor but wasnt an emergency. How things have changed. New Team new perspective. I was given an appointment there and then to see the doctor while I was there. I just want to say the receptionist was excellent and how happy I am that things are back to how it used to be at the old surgery. My faith has been restored. What a lovely team.

   My mum changed to here because of bad past experience at her old doctors. Couldn’t believe how lovely the lady was doing her review, she made my 79 year old my cry with relief and the fact she sat and listened to her. For years she was made to feel like she was fibbed off and not cared about which made her sit and suffer in so much pain. Honestly, Thank you for actually caring and putting my mum at ease.

   We are from Mount Road Surgery and our Dr's made face to face an appointment at West Gordon Medical Centre with Dr. Parissa Finch just say they are brilliant and excellent Dr's and the Centre. Thanks of the service the way the Dr. Explained and the reception and very clean

   Its the worst gp I have ever been în.every time I went I didnt get anything sorted out. I couldnt make a single appointment Wether it was online or at the reception. I came with my boy to the gp emergency because his stomach was hurting so much he was vomiting on and on and they said they couldnt help because I didnt have an appointment. Last week I got a blood test, I asked for my results on friday and today and they said I will receive them în 3 weeks after the doctor accept. Im really dissapointed and I dont recommend this gp to anyone.

   I’ve lived in the area for I think 1-2 years now and honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about the medical centre always clean, reception staff are always amazing to talk to, always helpful never once have I experienced any rudeness. The doctors are really lovely to speak to, non judgemental and great at making you feel comfortable when you’re anxious. I’ve recommended to friends and family also had fast appointments and doctors call on the day when you make your appointment at the right time 8-8:30am I love this medical centre always helped whenever and staff are incredibly understanding. Looking forward to being a patient at this medical centre for many years to come!
