Chloe explained all she was going to do beforehand. I have sensitive teeth so she was asking all the time if I was OK. She took her time & gave plenty of breaks. I came out & my teeth felt normal instead of sore.
Dr Safa Khan is a lovely lady, she is very kind and patient with nervous patients like me. She explains what she is doing all the way through the procedure which helps me stay calm. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is frightened of going to the dentist.

After a bad experience many years ago at another Dentist it has left me petrified of visiting the dentists. Recently I plucked up the courage knowing I needed a procedure doing. Was very nervous and had been anxious for days beforehand. I saw a new female lady Dr I'd not seen before, she was lovely, listened to me and was empathetic. I visited Riverside Dental and was beyond impressed with the care. The staff were kind and friendly. I was seen by Dr Safa who explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions, making me comfortable about receiving treatment. She went above and beyond and it's great to see a dentist who really cares about their patients. Will definitely come back when I next need dental treatment!
Been at this surgery for 45 years, last few years its hone right down, they cancel appointments all the time and want to rebook you in 6 months later. Will now move to someone better organised.
Last week I had 2 molar implants fitted by Verj at Riverside Dental Surgery. I must say from beginning to the end my experience with this practice has been great. Verj took me through all options available to me and I was given enough information AND time to make an informed choice for my treatment. As expected there was slight discomfort during the preparation stages but Verj's reassuring bedside manner insured any discomfort was kept to minimum. I now enjoy chewing food again thanks to Verj. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
This dental practice was recommended to me by several people and I am so glad it was. As a very nervous/anxious patient I have nothing but praise for the dentist and the whole practice team. I was treated with respect, everything was explained to me and I was offered help and support to cope with having dental treatment. I would highly recommend this surgery! I had an extraction, I was so scared and nervous but DC Bhav was brilliant.( Sorry if I've got your name wrong) Lovely manner about him and put me at ease. Seen both dentists there now and they are both excellent! The receptionist is very lovely aswell, going out of her way to put me at ease.
