   I attended this practice to have a crown replaced and a filling redone by Iffat Khan. The crown removal was extremely forceful, involving repeated use of a dental hammer. No temporary crown was fitted despite the original crown having a support post, leaving a jagged exposed tooth that cut my tongue once the anaesthetic wore off. When I returned the next day requesting a temporary crown, a temporary filling was placed instead, which failed the same night. Two weeks later I returned with swollen gums and severe pain, yet a permanent crown was still fitted. A few weeks later my face swelled badly and I was told I had an infection caused during the original crown removal. No explanation was given as to why a permanent crown was placed over an untreated infection. I ultimately lost the crowned tooth after it became fractured. I was given conflicting and distressing information about treatment options and costs, including being asked to pay extra despite having already paid the highest NHS treatment band. This only changed after I challenged it, which completely undermined my trust. A separate filling has also required multiple adjustments and is still not satisfactory. As a result, I had to have ALL dental work redone elsewhere due to the treatment being botched. Staff were very friendly at my first appointment and even asked for a review before treatment was completed, but this attitude changed afterward. I also found it rude and unprofessional that staff spoke in another language over me while I was waiting for treatment. There are some excellent dentists locally, but sadly this is not one of them. I no longer feel comfortable or safe receiving treatment here and received a full refund.

   NHS dentist for the children is not as good as the past European lady (she was fantastic) this new one seems to want to make money at the expense of our children. Work she suggested, I went to get a second opinion from my childs orthodontist & they wouldn’t have suggested the same invasive treatment (drilling of the enamel for a shallow hole). Will be searching for a new dentist.

   Dr sharma is polite, friendly and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and made adjustments as necessary. My dad has Alzheimer’s and she was very patient and good with him!

   For many years I have had no faith in any Dentist. I have been told because I am extremely nervous that I can’t feel when the Dentist is trying to put a filling in my tooth! My adrenaline is so high that I can feel everything. I had a crown crack & the front came off, so I googled an excellent Dentist for extremely nervous patients. This one popped up so I called & managed to get an appointment with an outstanding & extremely patient Dentist called Dr Dhillon, she is absolutely wonderful. As are all the staff, they too are very welcoming & very friendly. Thank you for restoring my faith in Dentist. I am now on every 6 months visits, instead of only going when it’s an emergency! I would 100% Recommend this Dentist!

   I am a dreadful patient - thanks to awful childhood experiences no matter what I do I am scared, really scared, of dentist visits. I have had an ongoing issue with a tooth, like the worst thing that can happen to someone like me, but I have been so well looked after, kindness, patience and considered treatment. I am very grateful to have found this dental practise. From reception ladies to dentists and all in between, they are just lovely.

   Nothing but good to say about the practitioners as they are highly professional. My only complaint is the time spent waiting for appointments once arrived at the practice. Always allow for at least an extra 30 mins as you won't ever be seen at the stated time of your appointment.

   I recently moved into Tamworth and visited Tamworth House Dental Practice for the first time today and was very happy with the service and price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely be using them as my regular dentists.

   The reception team was very welcoming and friendly, they were extremely helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were amazing. personally I get very anxious when needing work done on my teeth and the two that were working on me were a blessing I couldn't have asked for more, I am truly grateful for how reassuring they were. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of a new dental practice

   I attended as a new private patient in an emergency. From the 1st phone call to see if I could book an appointment, I was impressed. The appointment was confirmed immediately by email. I waited just a few moments in the waiting room and was able to see Moira, the bookings officer working diligently and efficiently. She did not waste a moment of her time - I was impressed. The Dentist I saw was awesome - super gentle, informative, making sure I was ok with each procedure. I was pleased that she didn’t just do the procedure, she took her health advice accountability seriously and ensured I left with the best advice for better future dental health. I paid for this service and I was totally ok with this. Excellent value for money. Thank you. You made a difference to me today
