Avoid this practice at all costs,I'm not even allowed to name dentist that failed miserable with my treatment,I will continue to bring it to attention though. update , today contacting ombudsman with further proof and lies by dentist and laboratory used
This afternoon I attended Bupa Dental Care Sutton Coldfield for a replacement filling in my wisdom tooth, it was a big one! I was greeted at reception as always, with smiles from Maria. Sarandeep is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. Today he was joined by his assistant Kully who was absolutely fabulous. During treatment Sarandeep ensured I was ok at every step, stopping to ask. Kully was great with the suction, not a piece of filling strayed! She is also incredibly kind. Today I had 'The Dream Team'. I'm writing this four hours after treatment and have no pain and all is great! Thank you all xx
My children and I recently had an appointment with Holly Williams. She was probably the best dentist I've seen there (and they've all been pretty great). She was great with my kids, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We have had referrals quickly put in place by Holly and she eased all our concerns. Her dental nurse was lovely too but unfortunately I didn't catch her name.
I recently had Invisalign by Dr Azeb Shafi and honestly couldn’t recommend him more! From the start of the process at the consultation he was polite, friendly, approachable and honest, answering all questions honestly and accurately. He told me the price of the treatment and also several ways of paying for it with lots of options available making it accessible to many. Throughout the treatment he was efficient, polite and professional and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. The clinic is clean, comfortable and relaxed. I now have the smile I wanted, and in just a few months! He worked towards my deadline (wedding) and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. The before/after pics are shocking and such a transformation! Thanks so much Dr Shafi, you were brilliant! :) Cydney.
Excellent care and service. I was experiencing pain with a tooth and my practice arranged for me to see one of their dentists, Dr Sarandeep Lolay, the same day. He was excellent, provided me with a course of penicillin to treat an infection and advised me on the next course of action. Thank you to Dr Lolay and the practice staff.
After having an old filling fall out ( which had been in for well over 20 years) 2 days before my holiday - and a day before I had to conduct my best friends funeral service - I was in a right state- stress levels were through the roof. The reception staff did all they could & managed to get me an emergency appointment for someone to see mr the next morning . The dentist a saw managed to put a semi permanent filling it - which allowed me to carry on with all I had to do. He advised that he thought I would need a crown on it and would make notes regarding this for my regular dentist. I saw my regular dentist yesterday and he agreed that the tooth needed a crown. The appointments have bern made in preparation for this to be done. I cannot thank the practice enough for the way they have conducted themselves in my emergency. Absolutely brilliant- thank you.
Well run, polite and efficient dental service. Always run on time and staff are always helpful and welcoming. Dentist is really good with all the family and been great with the children from when they were small. We are kept informed of our dental health and we make the decisions on the treatment. Appointments are readily available and do late nights up to 8pm.
Had two implants and a bridge fitted by Mr Nazran. Recognising that the process was always going to be lengthy and involve several visits, I am full of praise for Mr Nazran both in the work he carried out and the care taken to ensure that I was as comfortable with what was going as possible at all times. Most importantly I am very happy with the final result and the new bridge I have. I would particularly praise his efforts to put me at my ease (I am a nervous patient) during some of the more complex and involved pieces of work/surgery carried out. I decided to have the implants done at this surgery (given that there are many places offering this service) as they have looked after my teeth for some years now. I am pleased I made that choice.
I am not happy with my implant at Bupa Dental Care Sutton Coldfield as a dentist easily cancelled appointment due to his/her holiday and my crown simply fell off but my dentist made excuses and blame me. Do not waste your time and money there.
