Worse dentist to go to, they make you wait over 45 mins after your appointment and they are all rude ill definitely be going to a new dentist and would suggest that for anyone

Worst dentist ever. Wife went for an infection. He made her a set of dentures claiming he would take a bad tooth out on her next visit, next visit he tried to fit the dentures without removing the bad tooth, said he would remove tooth next visit. Next visit he took a moulding for dentures. Had them made all in all he made 5 sets of dentures and wife is now at another dentist having to have 5 teeth removed, has a sinus infection from the bad tooth that was meant to be removed 9 months ago and is being referred to the dental hospital for a badly installed root removal. He is very rude, uncaring and in general a terrible dentist. How he's still aloud to abuse the NHS like this is beyond my understanding

Had a check up and composite done with the lovely ladies Dr Alexandra and nurse Catherine. They done an amazing job today, I really couldn’t fault them. The attention to detail is amazing. They both shouldn’t go unrecognised. Thank you!!

Had a terrible experience here after plucking up the courage to go. I have very bad gum disease to the point that 6 teeth fell out by themselves. Continual toothache with pain and abscesses in many teeth. I was advised that all I needed was a false front tooth and two false bottom teeth. I needed many teeth removed as they were painful and loose, but the dentist didn't want to know. As the picture shows, my teeth were in terrible shape with all the front ones being loose..........will never go back there again as I've found a proper, sympathetic practice.

Went for tooth out. Dentist tried telling me he was taking a different tooth out. I said no as this wasn’t needed at the moment I was booked in for the tooth I was in pain with not one what is perfectly fine?? Then said it was so I ‘knew what to prepare for’ when having the original tooth out? Told me to wait outside while I think about what tooth I wanted out even though I already knew and come back in. As a severely nervous patient after having a bad experience in the past I had someone there to support me. After being called back in he told me I had to go in on my own. Proceeded to carry on with the extraction even though he hadn’t asked what I wanted to do! 4 needles later, still feel every bit of pain, I told him and he says ‘no you don’t you can’t feel any pain’ Will return for my mould but other than that I will not be returning to the dentist any time soon he has truly knocked my confidence right back after finally gaining the confidence to go in the first place!!

Iam writing a new reveiw if I could give this place no stars I would. I had nothing but problems with this place. They are rude, don't know how to work with neverous patients and god forbid you leave a bad review. I had put a previous review up I was not abusive or threatening in anyway I just told the truth and said I didn't like the service I was getting at the time. And the fact she hurt me when having treatment done to the point I cried (never have I cried at a dentist). Anyway this review that I had put up months ago had upset them, and they but a block on me and told me they would not treat me anymore, when I tried to book and emergency appointment with them.Never in my life have I been blocked from a service because of a negative review. luckily for me I was able to find a dentist that is great and knows how to deal with nervous patients. I will be taking what happened further as it's wrong no one called me to discuss why I wasn't happy and only months later do they block me again to make it clear I was not abusive or threatening in the last review.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU SMOKE. I went here for a clean and swelling on my gum by my wisdom tooth. He started doing a polish, then refused too finish as I seemed nervous, he then stated he will not touch my teeth if I don't quit smoking for atleast 3 months, despite giving me a clean around a year ago. My teeth arnt in awful condition, there was just a few marks I needed removing. Absolute awful place. The receptionist was lovely throughout. UPDATE.. My old dentist also confirmed today that this dentist chipped my veneer while doing a previous clean as he didnt realise it was a veneer, id like to see this dentists qualifications if im honest, absolutely awful.

I’m new to this dentist, but so far have had a very positive experience. Always manage to get straight through on the phone, the ladies on reception are lovely and haven’t had any issues getting fast appointments. My Daughter had her first check up yesterday (she’s almost 2), and was understandably nervous and upset. One of the ladies gave her a sticker and a lovely toothbrush with a panda on (her favourite animal!) and she was soo happy, didn’t stop talking about the dentist for the rest of the day and literally held the toothbrush all night proudly showing it off. I just wanted to say thank you for giving my Daughter a lovely first experience at the dentist! She’ll hopefully be excited to come next time rather than scared x
